Join Cookstr and Zokos in celebrating Food Revolution Day with a food blogger potluck cook-off to benefit the Jamie Oliver Foundation. $10 gets you dinner cooked by well-known & up-and-coming bloggers, drinks sponsored by some of your favorite local producers like Brooklyn Brewery, Terra Fossil Wine and Runa Tea, and gift bags with goodies from Cabot Cheese, Rogue Confections, Anolon Cookware, Torie and Howard, Heart Parts, and other fantastic sponsors!
Our guest judges for the cook-off, Sarah Maine from RecipeRelay.com and Mike Lee from Studiofeast.com, will be choosing two winners for Best Use of a Local Ingredient and Best Bang for Your Buck (proving that cooking good food is affordable!) Winners will receive a prize package of cookbooks from Cookstr.com or an Anolon Nouvelle Copper 12-inch Skillet.
Food Revolution Day is the Jamie Oliver Foundation’s first day of action and inaugural global food festival to mark a commitment to food education and feeding ourselves well. Cookstr & Zokos are celebrating with a potluck dinner to talk over a delicious meal about the issues we face around food production, consumption, and the challenges of ethical eating.
